Job Description:
Peach Painting is looking for an experienced Jobsite Supervisor to oversee painting projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to our high-quality standards. The Jobsite Supervisor will manage a team of painters, coordinate with clients, and ensure all safety protocols are followed.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities for painting projects.
• Manage and mentor a team of painters, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
• Communicate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Jobsite Supervisor or similar role in the painting or construction industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
