Job Description:
Peach Painting is hiring a Paint Crew Lead to manage painting crews and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards. The Paint Crew Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, delegating tasks, and maintaining strong communication with both the team and clients.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a crew of painters on various residential and commercial projects.
• Assign tasks and manage daily workflow to ensure timely project completion.
• Inspect work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Jobsite Supervisor and clients to provide updates and address any issues.
• Maintain inventory of materials and ensure proper use of equipment.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in professional painting, including crew management.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve on-site issues effectively.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
